MAIN DUTIES
– Identifies the philosophy of INK Hotel Amsterdam and is responsible for the guest experience from the moment of booking at INK. Handles all group tours/ conventions from the initial blockage to the rooming lists.
– Behaves and acts (as a supervisor) in an exemplary fashion, embodying the INK brand and PRESSROOM mind-set.
– To supervise all agents and develop them in order to handle reservation tasks accordingly.
– Develops team spirit and motivation by creating a good working atmosphere
– Is actively involved in the local area to keep up-to-date with specific trends
– Keeping a proper administrative database by making sure all correspondence is filed accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB SPECIFICATIONS
– 3 to 5 years of experience in high-end or upscale hotel level, preferably in Amsterdam
– Good managerial skills
– Languages: good command of English and Dutch language.

THE STORY
